Le Cellier des Princes, the first and only cooperative winery in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area since 1925, and one of the leading producers, invites you to discover and taste our wines from producers in the southern Rhône Valley (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Cairanne, Rasteau, Côtes du Rhône & Villages, Ventoux, IGP Méditerranée and Vaucluse), free of charge. Over 600 hectares of vineyards on the exceptional terroirs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and surrounding communes (Sarrians, Courthézon, Orange…).
Our growing methods are inspired by those of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, so most of our Côtes du Rhône are hand-picked for optimum quality. Our team of professionals will listen to your needs and guide you through our 300m2 sales area. You’ll find a wide choice of local products: wines and spirits, local beers, gift boxes, personalized bottles, a sweet and savory delicatessen.

Activities to discover! All year round, we welcome you to discover the secrets of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, its terroir and our exceptional 1925 tuns room, the only one of its kind in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Our cellar, embodying the values of sharing and conviviality of the Rhone vineyards, has once again been awarded the “Rendez-Vous Terroir : Cave Expérience” quality charter. All the more reason to pay us a visit!
We offer a range of wine tourism activities throughout the year:
- From May 1 to August 30, every Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. and Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.: free cellar tours!

- Summer Wine, Food & Music evenings: Fridays July 05 & August 09 from 7pm, with a Wine Bar atmosphere at the Cellier des Princes! All evening long, foodtrucks and a live band provide a festive atmosphere. Book online, by phone or e-mail.
- Vin Primeur evening, Thursday November 21, 2023: come and taste Côtes du Rhône Primeur. Aperitif OFFERED by the winemakers. Let’s celebrate the first vintage of 2024!
- Producers’ Market every Saturday morning from 9am to 12:30pm in front of the sales cellar.
- Fête de la Vigne et du Vin on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 12pm: A convivial day awaits you, with a gourmet aperitif accompanied by our finest wines. Enjoy a casual meal with foodtrucks, and a host of activities for all ages. All in a musical country atmosphere, in the verdant setting of the Salle des Félibres. Come and celebrate with us!
