In the heart of the Vallée des Baux de Provence lies the Cornille mill which, for decades, has been producing olive oil. The mill works with 600 active producers. It produces on average 150,000 litres of olive oil per year, of which 80 % is classified A.O.P. “Vallée des Baux de Provence” and 20% classified as “Huile d’olive de France” (French Olive Oil).
The authentic “fruity black” olive oil is obtained after the olives have been matured in lofts – a traditional storage method that has become rare. Traditional flavors such as black olives, sourdough, and cocoa. Its unique taste, its sweetness, and its length in mouth are obtained by maturing the olives in lofts using skills that go back generations.
We offer a range of 7 Provençal olive oils olive-based products, cosmetics and food products.
Guided tours :
You can discover our lofts during our free guided tours, Tuesday and Thursday at 11 a.m., from Easter to the end of September, and of course taste our olive oils.
