Privilege day at the Chocolaterie Castelain

Ahead of Christmas, the Chocolaterie Castelain in Châteauneuf-du-Pape is hosting a privilege day built around indulgence and meetings with craftspeople from the region.

Visitor perks and tastings in the shop

To celebrate the festive season with its customers, the shop opens its doors for one special day. On offer: exclusive benefits, tastings and a chance to chat with local producers and artisans.

From artisan hot chocolate to wine, coffee and olive oil

The day kicks off with a free cup of artisan hot chocolate, served from 9am to noon. Tastings follow through the day, each hosted by a different craftsperson:

• 11am: wines from Coteaux des Travers;
• 2pm to 5:30pm: coffee from Café Gigi;
• 3pm to 6pm: olive oil from Mas des Thorades;
• 4pm: wines from Domaine Ferrando.
