Visit and creative workshop: cemetery jewellery

At Fort Saint-André in Villeneuve-lez-Avignon, a visit and creative workshop on cemetery jewellery lets participants make their own jewellery set under the guidance of visual artist Isa Papasian.

During the workshop, everyone decorates bones with gold leaf to create a set that is “elegant and monstrous”, to borrow the wording of the event listing.

The visit then continues with the Halloween treasure hunt, a traditional event that takes participants all around the fort. Costumes are welcome, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Prices range from €4 to €9, and admission is free for anyone under 26.
