At the Cellier des Princes in Courthézon, the Jeudis Gourmands evening is a tasting that pairs champagne and Châteauneuf-du-Pape with gourmet creations.

This edition, titled A Princely Prelude to the End-of-Year Festivities, matches champagne and Châteauneuf-du-Pape with dishes “fit for a royal banquet”.

The theme changes with every evening. Each one is hosted either by a guest speaker or by sommelier Véronique Baudin, alongside winemaker Raphaël Choveton. The evening costs €40. Places are limited, so booking is required.
