Carrières des Lumières: Océan, immersion dans le monde sous-marin

From 4 July 2026, the Carrières des Lumières in Les Baux-de-Provence present Océan, immersion dans le monde sous-marin, a new immersive experience celebrating the beauty and richness of the oceans.

A journey to the seabed through reefs, caves and shipwrecks

Projected on a large scale, the images carry visitors down to the bottom of the sea. Along the way they pass through coral reefs, mysterious caves and shipwrecks, and come across spectacular marine wildlife with more than 100 species.

Océan shares the programme with Matisse and Frida Kahlo until December

Until the end of December, this new creation runs alongside Matisse, l’art en mouvement and Frida Kahlo, en plein cœur. The journey blends wonder with awareness, showing how fragile the oceans are and why they need to be protected.
