The Cellier des Princes in Courthézon hosts Jeudis Gourmands: Saveurs des Sommets, a tasting evening inspired by the Alps.
The menu for this warming evening features hearty dishes in the spirit of a mountain chalet, paired with wines picked with care to complement highland cooking.
The Jeudis Gourmands return on the third Thursday of every month, each time built around a different theme. Sommelier Véronique Baudin, or a guest host, leads the evening alongside winemaker Raphaël Choveton. Taking part costs €35.
